These Nike running shoes are the third pair I've purchased. This particular pair is a slightly different design to the previous two pairs but essentially it's the same shoe. I have to point out that I am not a runner but wear these shoes for general day-to-day activities because I struggle to find any other shoes that don't aggravate a heel pain problem that I've had for several years. Any shoe that I wear ideally has to have a totally soft heel counter (back of the heel) and these Nike shoes have exactly that - what the seller refers to as a deconstructed heel . It's very difficult to find shoes with heels like this so these are a godsend for me. I would normally wear a size 8 or 8½ shoe but with these a size 10 works perfectly for me. I should point out that these aren't going to keep your feet dry if you wear them in very wet conditions but this is small price to pay from my own perspective. Another point of note is that the shoes are well-constructed and they seem to last for years even when being worn for most of the day every day, so good value for money. A definite thumbs up from me.
